The Hiring Play

Job posts are the most honest thing a company publishes. When the roles map to your product, the budget conversation already happened.

The signal

Openings appear for roles your product touches. A team posting four SDR seats has already decided outbound matters. A company hiring its first RevOps lead is about to buy tooling.

Why now

Hiring is a lagging signal of a decision and a leading signal of spend. The plan got approved before the job post went up, and whoever fills the seat inherits whatever system exists on day one. Reach out before the seats fill and you're part of the plan instead of a disruption to it.

The move

We name the actual roles, not a count off a dashboard. The message connects what they're building to the gap we close, and it lands while the req is still open. LinkedIn to the hiring manager's boss, email to the exec who owns the number.

The opener

Four SDR openings in Austin caught my eye. Before those seats fill, it's worth deciding what system they'll inherit. That's usually where we come in.

Why it works: it treats the hire as their plan and puts us inside it.
