How Much Does a LinkedIn Outreach Agency Cost?
Short answer: LinkedIn outreach agencies that publish their pricing start anywhere from $150 to $3,000 a month, and most start at $1,500 or less. Pay-per-meeting agencies charge $99 to $499 for each meeting instead. Watch for setup fees and three- or six-month minimums, since those change the real cost more than the monthly number does. Lumos starts at $397 a month, with no setup fee and no contract.
We compared the pricing pages of 14 LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation agencies in September 2026. Nine publish a price on their own site, and five don't. Here's what they charge, how the pricing models work, and what the same outreach costs if you run it yourself.
What LinkedIn outreach agencies charge in 2026
These are the prices each agency lists on its own website, read on September 29, 2026. We skipped listicles, because the prices they quote were often out of date when we checked them against the agency's page.
| Agency | How they charge | Published price |
|---|---|---|
| ConciergeBee | Monthly plans | $150, $240 or $360 a month |
| Cleverly | Monthly | From $397 a month |
| LeadHaste | Per LinkedIn profile, on top of their base system | $697 a month per profile, plus a $300 setup fee |
| ProspectOut | Monthly, LinkedIn and email | $1,000 a month |
| Lead Cookie | Monthly | From $1,500 a month, or $3,700 to $4,700 for a six-month program |
| Freqency | Per leader, content plus DMs | $2,500 a month for one leader and $1,500 for each one after, plus $997 to start |
| SalesBread | Monthly, LinkedIn and email | $3,000 a month plus a one-time setup fee |
| Built For B2B | Retainer per channel | From $3,000 a month for one channel and $8,000 for its top plan, plus a build fee and a three-month minimum |
| ScaliQ | Per attended meeting | $99 to $499 per meeting |
Belkins, Martal, Reachly and LinkedSelling don't list a price on their sites. Belkins and Reachly describe custom monthly retainers, and Martal's page says its pricing is a flat monthly fee plus a sales commission. SalesHive quotes custom too, though it's mostly phone and email rather than LinkedIn.
Prices change, so check the agency's own page before you compare. We keep a side-by-side for a few of them, like Lumos vs SalesBread and Lumos vs CIENCE.
The pricing models, and what each one means for you
Most agencies use one of four pricing models, and the same monthly number can mean very different things depending on which one you're looking at.
Flat monthly retainer
You pay a set amount each month for a set scope, usually a number of LinkedIn profiles and a message or contact volume. Lead Cookie at $1,500 and SalesBread at $3,000 work this way.
This is the easiest model to budget for. The thing to check is what the retainer actually covers, because two $1,500 plans can include very different amounts of outreach.
Per LinkedIn profile or per person
Some agencies price by the LinkedIn account they send from. LeadHaste charges $697 a month per profile, and Freqency charges $2,500 a month for the first leader it runs outreach and content for, then $1,500 for each one after.
Multiple LinkedIn accounts matter because LinkedIn limits how much one profile can send. More profiles means more connection requests, so this model scales in a way you can predict.
Pay per meeting
ScaliQ charges $99 to $499 per attended meeting, with no retainer and no setup fee.
It sounds safe, since you only pay when something happens. The catch is the definition. Ask what counts as a meeting, whether a no-show counts, and whether the lead has to fit your ideal customer profile.
Setup fees and minimums
Setup fees range from nothing to about $1,000 where agencies publish them. Freqency charges $997 and LeadHaste charges $300, while ScaliQ and Lead Cookie's six-month program list no setup fee. SalesBread and Built For B2B charge one but don't publish the amount.
Minimums matter even more. Built For B2B starts with a three-month commitment and Lead Cookie's boutique plan is a six-month program, so a $3,700 plan is really a $22,200 decision. CIENCE, a multichannel agency, lists a $5,000 setup and $2,000 a month before its per-SDR charges.
What should be included in the price
The monthly price only means something once you know what the agencies manage for you. Here's what to ask about on any quote:
- LinkedIn profiles. How many accounts does the price cover, and are they yours or the agency's?
- Volume. How many connection requests and messages a month? A plan that sends 1,000 messages a month isn't comparable to one that sends 300.
- Lead lists. Does the agency build them, and does it pay for Sales Navigator, or do you? A Sales Navigator seat is $119.99 a month on its own.
- Copy and testing. Who writes each LinkedIn message, and how often does the copy get tested and changed?
- Replies. Does someone sort replies and hand you the interested ones, or does every reply land in your inbox to sort yourself?
- Account safety. Does each profile get its own residential proxy, and what daily limits do they keep? Our LinkedIn automation guide covers the limits we stick to.
- Email outreach. Is cold email part of the plan, an add-on, or not offered at all?
A good agency answers all of these on the first call. If you're getting vague answers about volume or safety, treat that as the answer.
What it costs to run LinkedIn outreach yourself
You can run LinkedIn outreach without an agency. The tools are cheap, and the real cost is the time.
For one LinkedIn profile, a typical tool stack looks like this:
- Sales Navigator for finding leads: $119.99 a month on Core or $159.99 on Advanced, at LinkedIn's list price.
- A LinkedIn outreach automation tool to send connection requests and follow-ups: HeyReach is $79 a month per sender, Expandi is $99 a month, and Dripify runs $59 to $99 per user.
That's roughly $180 to $260 a month in software for one profile. On top of that, someone has to build the lists, write and test the messages, watch the account limits and handle every reply.
It's worth being clear about what an outreach tool does. Automation tools send each connection request and message on a schedule, and they keep your volume inside LinkedIn's limits. They don't decide who to target or what the first message should say, and that's most of the work. Outreach automation without a good list just sends the wrong message to more people.
If that someone is a hire, the numbers change fast. The Bridge Group's 2025 SDR report puts median SDR on-target pay at $80,000 a year, with $55,000 in base and $25,000 variable. Benefits make up about 30% of what employers spend per worker, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, which puts one SDR near $114,000 a year before tools and management. That last number is our math, not a published SDR figure.
We go deeper on this in in-house sales vs outsourcing and our SDR replacement playbook.
Doing it yourself makes sense when someone on your sales team enjoys it and has a few hours every week. It stops making sense when those hours come out of selling.
Where AI fits into the price
AI shows up in this market in two ways. Some newer services, like ScaliQ, sell an "AI LinkedIn SDR" that runs the outreach from your own profile and charge per meeting. More often, an agency uses AI to research each lead and personalize each message, while people decide who to target and what the offer is.
AI makes personalization cheaper, so you should expect more of it at every price point. What AI doesn't do well on its own is pick the right buyers or tell a real reply from a polite brush-off. So ask any agency where AI sits in their process and where a person checks the work.
At Lumos, our Enterprise plan includes AI-personalized messages, and every reply is classified and routed to you, so the interested ones don't get buried.
How to compare LinkedIn outreach agency quotes
When you're hiring a LinkedIn outreach agency, put every quote on the same footing before you compare prices:
- Work out the real contract value. Monthly price times the minimum term, plus the setup fee. A $1,000 plan with no minimum can cost less than a $700 plan with a six-month lock.
- Price the volume. Divide the monthly price by the number of messages or connection requests. That's the closest thing to a like-for-like number.
- Ask about profiles. Find out how many LinkedIn accounts the plan uses and how many requests each one sends a day. Anything far above 30 connection requests a day per profile puts your account at risk.
- Ask who owns what. Your LinkedIn account, your lead lists and your conversations should stay yours when you leave.
- Ask what happens to replies. Someone has to sort the interested replies from the "not now" ones, and the agencies that do it well will tell you exactly how.
Lead quality matters more than any of these, and it's the hardest thing to see in a quote. So ask for results from a client that looks like you, with real numbers, and ask to see a live campaign if they'll show you one.

Is a LinkedIn outreach agency worth it?
It depends on your deal size, and the math is simple enough to run yourself.
Our ROI calculator plans around a 25% reply rate on LinkedIn, and about 7% of replies turning into booked meetings. On those planning numbers, 1,000 messages a month gives about 250 replies and 17 or 18 meetings. They're assumptions, not a promise, and your own numbers depend on your offer and your market.
At $397 a month, that works out to roughly $23 per meeting on paper, and the cost of each LinkedIn lead that replies is under $2. Even if you only book a quarter as many, it's about $91 a meeting, which is still below the $99 low end of pay-per-meeting pricing. If your average deal is worth a few thousand dollars, one closed deal covers months of outreach.
Where LinkedIn outreach campaigns aren't worth it: when you don't know who your buyer is yet, or your offer hasn't been tested. An agency can't fix a market that doesn't want what you sell. Our guide to building a B2B sales pipeline covers what to have in place first.
Common questions about LinkedIn outreach agency pricing
How much does LinkedIn outreach cost per user?
Tools alone run about $180 to $260 a month per LinkedIn profile once you pair Sales Navigator with an automation tool. LinkedIn lead generation agencies that price per profile charge more, like LeadHaste at $697 a month per profile, because that price covers the lists, the copy and the account management too.
Are LinkedIn outreach agencies safe for my account?
They can be, if they respect LinkedIn's limits. Ask how many connection requests each profile sends a day, whether each profile runs on its own residential proxy, and how they warm up new accounts. We keep every profile at 30 connection requests a day or fewer.
Can I do LinkedIn outreach myself instead of hiring an agency?
Yes. You'll need Sales Navigator and an automation tool. Then someone needs a few hours every week to build lists and handle replies. It's the cheapest option in cash, and it makes sense when someone on your team has the time and enjoys the work.
Why don't more agencies publish their prices?
Some price every deal on its own, and some prefer to talk first. Five of the 14 agencies we compared don't list a price.
Is pay-per-meeting cheaper than a monthly retainer?
Not usually. At $99 to $499 per meeting, ten meetings a month costs $990 to $4,990. A retainer that books the same ten meetings can cost less, as long as the meetings are with the right people.
